CPI provides global investment professional recruiting services for private and public investment firms. The mission of this Website and App are to provide an online hiring marketplace where individuals seeking administrative positions and companies seeking administrative talent can connect. CPI recognizes the importance of maintaining your privacy, and as a result, has established this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy"). Collection of Information
The Website are intended to be used by persons seeking employment or contractor opportunities ("Users") and companies or others seeking to hire or retain employees or contractors (“Authorized Third Parties”).
“Personal Information” refers to information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.
“Personally Identifiable Information” refers to information that can be used to distinguish or trace an individual’s identity, either alone or when combined with other information that is linked or linkable to a specific individual.
We collector are provided with several types of Personal Information from and about Users of our Website and our App, including:

Aggregated, non-personally identifying information is not your Personal Information. We may use aggregated, non-personally identifying information to operate, analyze, improve and optimize Services.
We may collect:
· Your Personal Data and other information directly from you if you submit it to us so that (i) you can obtain a username and password to access specialized portions of the Website; (ii) we can contact you to respond to inquiries about the Website related to accessing services offered by CPI including but not limited to, pricing, special promotions and discounts; and (iii) we can communicate with you in connection with feedback or other messages you submit to us;
· Users’ Personal Data and other Personally Identifiable Information when Users directly submit such information to us and as to which we allow CPI and Authorized Third Parties to view, store, and organize such data and information, and generate spreadsheets based thereon;
· Website usage details, IP addresses, mobile device information, location information, traffic information , and other information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies automatically as you navigate through the Website (See Tracking Technologies below); and
· Information about your device used to access the Website, including the device’s unique identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the mobile device’s telephone number.
The Website Is Not Intended For Use By Individuals Under 18 Years of Age
Through the Website, we do not knowingly collect Personal Information, including Personal Data, from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not: (i)use or provide any information on the Website or the App or (ii) provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or user name you may use. If a person under the age of 18 submits personal information to CPI and we learn of it, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of CPI who are California residents to request certain information regarding CPI’s disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact us as set forth above.
Public Nature of Profile
Much of the information that you provide to us when you register or update your account profile is displayed on your profile and intended to be shared with other Users or Authorized Third Parties. Your resumes, videos, photos and other Content may also be displayed in connection with the use by you and others of the Services. Once displayed on publicly viewable webpages, that information may be collected and used by others. We do not control who reads your Content or what other Users may do with the information you post and so you should not post any sensitive, confidential or other information that you do not want to be shared. Once you post information on the Website or App, you will be able to edit and delete it but you will not be able to edit or delete such information which may have been cached, collected and stored elsewhere by others.
Security of Information
To prevent unauthorized access ,maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of Personal Data, Personally Identifiable Information, User-Provided Data, and other information collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy, we have put in place reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure such information, and we make good faith efforts to store such information in a secure operating environment.

Reviewing, Correcting or Requesting that We Discontinue Use of Your Personal Data
You may change any of your Personal Information in your account by editing your profile within your account. Generally, CPI will retain User Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. We may retain certain User Personal Information indefinitely, unless you delete it or request its deletion. We do not automatically delete inactive User accounts, so unless you choose to delete your account, we will retain your account information indefinitely or as long as allowable by law, whichever comes first.
If you would like to cancel your account or delete your User Personal Information, you may do so in your User account, but we may retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements before any such deletion. After an account has been deleted, certain data, such as messages to other Users and comments, will remain. However, We will delete or deidentify your Personal Information, including your User name and email address, by associating them with an anonymous User. When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
